and light commercials since 1983. Formed and owned by Dave Wasley, DW Cars
was originally based at the old Wessex Garage site on Alexander Drive before
moving to its current premises in the early 1990's.

Dave's son Richard, who joined the company a number of years ago added:

receives bad service news travels fast. It's imperative that we maintain a
very high standard of customer care, and here at DW Cars, we really try to
look after our customers' every motoring need. Most of our sales come
through repeat business produced by word of mouth recommendation. For
example, we recently handed over a small hatchback to one of our customers
whose father and grandparents had dealt with us since our early days of
trading back in the 1980's, and that is very satisfying."
