Richard at DW Cars is fantastic!! Daughter was looking for a car and found what she wanted last Wednesday. Issue was she couldn't finance it until she was 18 which meant she couldn't do anything until yesterday. Richard kindly reserved the car for her, arranged the finance to be agreed in principle, all paperwork signed yesterday, deposit paid and she picked the car up today. He didn't just let her drive it away, he took time to give advice and to talk her through the car he also gave her a lovely bunch of flowers and a full tank of fuel!!! My family have bought cars from DW over the years, no issues and service impeccable!! Thank you Richard you are a credit to the motor trade.

DW Cars. I just wanted to thank Richard Wasley for all his help when we bought a car for our daughter. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was kept as a surprise for her and even offered to have the car delivered to us on Christmas day. Myself and my family have been buying our cars from DW for years now and have always found them to be professional, never pushy and very fairly priced. Thank you Richard for keeping the secret. Would like to give another shout out for the service provided by Richard at DW Cars. We've bought a couple of cars now from Richard and on top of the service being fantastic he is a true gent when dealing with him. We spotted a car we liked and within a couple of days Richard part exchanged it with our old model (bought from Richard too) for a very fair price, arranged finance, and serviced and valeted our new car. On top of that he left us a bottle of champagne in the car too which was a really nice touch. DW CARS LTD is the best ever!
I bought my Nissan Note car way back in 2013 in a very good condition and I never regret trusting DW Cars. I love my car until now!
Three of the best things about DW cars are their service, good quality cars and very helpful and friendly owners.
When my car needed its yearly service, David, the owner, did not hesitate to call a mechanic he knew, who did a really good job and guess what? I just paid half of what I expected!
Moreover, one time this year (2015), my car would not start. I did not know who to call. It's been 2 years since I bought my car from DW Cars and its warranty had expired and it's not their responsibility at all.
I went to DW Cars to ask advice from David of which garage would I go to or best person he knew to fix it, but instead, he asked his son Richard and their lovely mechanic to give me a lift to where my car got stuck and try to fix the problem.
Truth be told, they fixed it and did not ask me to pay for anything (I insisted but they wouldn't let me) regardless of their effort to bring my car to their garage, to check what's the problem and above all, their effort of fixing it. Until now, my car is working fine and still at its best.
What a wonderful service and it is just very admiring how they look after their client (old and new) and help the best they can without asking anything in return. Kudos to you guys!
